FAQ

I forgot my password...
No problem! On the login page you have the option "forgot password" with instructions on how to reset your password.

I have not received an order confirmation
Sometimes emails such as order confirmation or shipment confirmation do not appear. There can be several reasons for this:

1. Wrong email address typed (e.g. hotmail.com, gmail.com, or similar)
2. The email may have ended up in the spam box or been stopped by your email provider's spam filter (Yahoo is particularly problematic)
3. An error occurred while ordering

If you are using an email provider such as Hotmail, or another provider that uses a spam filter, it is likely that the order confirmation has ended up in the junk email folder (spam filter). This is because order confirmations are sent out automatically, and some spam filters automatically identifies sent emails as spam. To prevent this from happening with your order confirmation, you should add *@ christianbookshop as a "secure sender" so that future emails from us are not intercepted by the spam filter.
If you are unsure whether the order has been registered, feel free to contact us by email and we will look into this.

What is an ePub
EPub is the most common file format for eBooks. The advantage of this format is that since it is just a text flow, it takes up very little space on the device you are using, and it is easy to resize the text you are reading.
