This means that if there is a defect in the item or you wish to withdraw from a purchase, you can return the item by mail, within 14 days. If you wish to return the product, you must fill out the Right of Withdrawal form enclosed in the delivered package or use the link below. You should also contact us in advance at post@christianbookshop.org so that we can send you a return slip. In this way, you avoid having to pay the return postage if the return is due to a complaint. However, if you wish to use your Right of Withdrawal and return the product, even though there are no faults (defects) in the purchase, you must pay the postage yourself. The Right of Withdrawal form can be printed out in PDF form here.

Slightly longer order processing time must be reckoned with during holidays and periods with special offers. In the case of orders where one or more items are a pre-order, the entire order is sent when all the items are in stock, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For packages that have not been picked up, Christian BookShop reserves the right to demand a fee of kr. 199,- for costs that have been incurred in connection with shipping. Uncollected packages are not normally covered by the Right of Withdrawal agreement.
