The Agreement, Open Purchase, the Right of Withdrawal Act and the Consumer Purchase Act
Christianbookshop.org is covered by both the Consumer Purchase Act and the Right of Withdrawal Act. This means that if there is a defect in the item or you wish to withdraw from a purchase, you can return the item by mail, within 14 days. If you wish to return the product, you must fill out the Right of Withdrawal form enclosed in the delivered package or use the link below. You should also contact us in advance at post@christianbookshop.org so that we can send you a return slip. In this way, you avoid having to pay the return postage if the return is due to a complaint. However, if you wish to use your Right of Withdrawal and return the product, even though there are no faults (defects) in the purchase, you must pay the postage yourself. The Right of Withdrawal form can be printed out in PDF form here.

E-books / Downloadable Purchases - Special Terms
Right of Withdrawal does not apply to e-books/downloadable products once the product has been downloaded/activated. Defective e-books/audiobooks will of course be resupplied in working order. Contact customer service at post@christianbookshop.org
E-books are for personal use only and can only be utilized for a maximum of five different devices. You can share with spouse and children under 23 living at home. The number of downloads for the license is a maximum of 10. If the publisher publishes a new version of the book (read: important corrections), the counter is reset. To access your eBooks, you must have software that supports Adobe DRM on your phone, tablet, or PC. This also applies to books in PDF format. Purchase of e-books and downloadable products gives the purchaser the right to personal use. Resale, distribution, or other exploitation for business purposes is forbidden.

Freight
Direct shipping costs, as well as a handling fee will be incurred with each shipment, unless otherwise stated in writing or specifically agreed upon.
We process orders as quickly as possible. As soon as an order is packed and ready for dispatch, you will receive an email from us. A tracking link to the package can be found in the email you will receive after the package has been sent from our warehouse.

Slightly longer order processing time must be reckoned with during holidays and periods with special offers. In the case of orders where one or more items are a pre-order, the entire order is sent when all the items are in stock, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For packages that have not been picked up, Christian BookShop reserves the right to demand a fee of kr. 199,- for costs that have been incurred in connection with shipping. Uncollected packages are not normally covered by the Right of Withdrawal agreement.
